Jason enjoyed golfing, skiing, bird hunting and had a great passion for Duke University basketball. But Richards died that evening, at 7:32, and was taken to the Medical Examiners office in St. Augustine. His survivors include his father Jimmy Richards of West Logan, WV, grandmothers, Ruby Cook and Juanita Blevins, siblings, Connie (Michael) Lester of Poca, WV, Kelly Richards of Charleston, WV, and Jimbo Richards of Nitro, WV, Jasons children, Mariah Richards and Jason Richards, II, the mother of Jasons children and lifelong loving friend Tara Knox, nieces and nephews, Maylee Richards, Khaleesi Richards, and Penelope Broughton, cousins, Debbie Vinson, Autumn Perrin, Hannah Vinson, Joey Vinson, Matt Sizemore, Jinks Adkins, and Joey Blevins, special aunt Sharon Blevins, and a host of other aunts, uncles, cousins, family members, and friends.
